About Me

Hi, I’m Jamie!

I started this blog to help make teachers’ lives easier by sharing quality products and creative ideas! I also love collaborating with others.

I have experience teaching grades 3-6 but sixth grade is my favorite. This coming school year will be my tenth year teaching 6th grade mathematics and ELA. I also have experience with special education and gifted enrichment.

My teaching style is fun, interactive, and hands-on. I promote a positive learning environment while encouraging students to actively engage in their learning. My class will often be found singing, dancing, and laughing while we learn. I am a firm believer in growth mindset. With the right attitude, anyone can be successful!

I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in 7-12 mathematics. I also have a master’s degree in education. I thoroughly believe in being a life-long learner.
